La Libreta was born from the desire to please and excite the palate, by fusing modern and traditional cooking, made with fresh produce.
This restaurant, based in the mountains of Madrid , makes their guests ethical choices simple, by supporting eco-farming and the use of local commodities – “Zero Kilometre” food .
